Support Worker

Cerise Healthcare are seeking Support Workers to work with our clients, suppliers of support and care to adults with Learning Disabilities, at their residential services in Bolton.

The roles available are for Care Workers who will be offering care to individuals within the clients’ care homes and bespoke extra care services. Care Workers must understand the importance of engaging with the residents and promoting an independent lifestyle.
Tasks Care Workers may be expected to undertake include:
- Personal care
- Moving and Handling
- Assistance at meal times
- Engaging residents in activities
- Providing companionship
Cerise Healthcare require all Care Workers to:
- Be able to work under their own initiative
- Be compassionate and understanding
- Have a good understanding of spoken and written English
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have recent UK based Health or Social Care experience.
