Together, we can shape a better world through responsible construction"_ **Paul Savidge MD Wintech Group** **_ Job Purpose_** The role of REVIT MEP Co-ordinator is to support our Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health projects by producing 3D Co-ordinated MEP models and associated 2D drawings. The role will involve working from in-house engineering mark-ups and co-ordinating all MEP services. - Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the Building Services industry. - Extensive knowledge and experience of Revit MEP. Experience of Navisworks & AutoCAD would be beneficial but not essential. - Experience co-ordinating Revit models for all services across a variety of projects, particularly HVAC and pipework systems, and clash detection. - Experience with project COBie requirements - Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Ability to work collaboratively within the team and take direction from senior engineers. - Strong communication skills and work ethics. **_ Key Responsibilities_** - Setting up and maintaining Revit MEP models for projects. - Contributing to development of Revit standards, procedures & families. - Work with engineers to produce co-ordinated 3D MEP models and 2D drawings - Work direct for clients to produce co-ordinated 3D MEP models and 2D drawings of fully designed schemes.
