**Retail Business Analyst - Up to £70,000 - London (Hybrid)**

My client is a leading consultancy that is looking for a Retail Business Analyst to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and lead effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build and delivery to meet user needs
- Assist the Product Owner in identifying impacted systems and products
- Perform impact assessments for epics to identify systems and products
- Assist Product Owner in owning and prioritizing the product backlog
- Facilitate product backlog grooming sessions and available for product team clarifications
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to help refine features and user stories
- Challenge and validate solutions being built are fit for purpose
- Assist in defining the acceptance criteria for the product owner
- Participate in user demos to support the product team

**Job Requirements**:

- Business analysis experience in the retail sector
- Excellent people and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and decision
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex activities
