We are seeking a Kitchen Clean Down Operative to join our team and ensure the restaurant kitchen is closed down to the highest standard. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of all kitchen areas, including surfaces, equipment, floors, and storage areas, following our established cleaning procedures.
- Ensure proper labelling and storage of food items, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate the potwash station efficiently, ensuring all utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment are cleaned, sanitised, and stored appropriately.
- Disassemble and clean kitchen equipment, such as grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers, following manufacturer instructions.
- Handle and dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with environmental and health regulations.
- Restock cleaning supplies and inform the management team of any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth transition between closing and opening shifts.
- Assist in other kitchen duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours of work will be 5 days a week - 6:30pm until Close (Usually 10:40pm)

**Salary**: Up to £11.10 per hour
