Head of Partner Development

We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading training organisation as Head of Partner Development where you will look to support the growth strategy across new and existing clients. They specialise in a range of training in leadership, sales, digitalmarketing, content production and more and are looking to continue their exciting growth by having a dedicated team of sales professionals who can nurture pipeline as well as maximising revenue within their current accounts.
As Head of Partner Development you will create and deliver a proactive commercial strategy to drive new business and upsell within current accounts. The role will be predominantly new business; generating new clients and pipeline management. The account managementside of the role will focus on understanding current clients usage and looking to optimise the partnership by driving overall spend. The role will also play a key part in the development of their L&D program which they will offer to new existing clients overthe next 12 months.
The role will be remotely based but with offices across the UK they can offer an office working environment in Peterborough; London; Manchester and Edinburgh. The role is Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm but flexibility around start and finish times. On offeris a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience with additional company benefits such as healthcare and discount across a number of brands. The role is a brand new role within the business and can offer real opportunities for future progression.
