Contract Type: Fixed Term to March 2028

** About this opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Housing Retrofit team to support the delivery of the new Warm Homes programme; providing a professional and high-level customer experience; and providing the team with administrative support to assist with the delivery of the programme and contracts, to improve the energy efficiency to resident’s homes.

- You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with a knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain an effective team working and develop partnerships.

** Who we are looking for**

You will be dynamic and flexible, with a can-do attitude and a strong focus on delivery. You should be a team player but be able to organise your own workload and be committed to providing a high standard of customer service. You will have high competency with IT in particular Word and Excel, and ideally have a knowledge of the Government’s retrofit programmes.
