Slaughter Operative

As a Manufacturing Slaughter Operative - Skilled in our abattoir, you will be multi-skilled across tasks on the slaughter line to prepare the carcass, working towards the site objective of providing high quality products in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment.

You’ll follow training in food safety to ensure a high quality, food safe products are produced for our customers, ensuring health and safety processes are maintained to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. You’ll use a knife or bladed machine to prepare the carcass, and will focus on completing tasks efficiently in order to reduce waste and downtime.
