We have an exciting opportunity to join the HR team here at TU to lead our HR Operations Team. This is a key role in the team where you’ll be managing a team of 4 colleagues, delegating and prioritising workload for the team who provide 1st level supportto employees and managers across the European region, primarily in UK & Lithuania. The team are a critical interface between employees and HR and are responsible for ensuring exceptional end to end employee experience. You will work closely with the full HR Team, internal and external customers and stakeholders and operate as an SME forthe employee lifecycle, leading on process improvement and delivery operational excellence within this critical function in the HR Team. **Key responsibilities**: - Management of People Services team to deliver a "right first time" approach to service delivery, coaching and development of key skills and knowledge ensuring adequate cover across all work areas, with measures put in place to avoid mistakes and inaccuracies. - Responsibility for ensuring that all HR administrative tasks across the employee life cycle including pre - and post-employment checks, contract issue, contract amendments, probationary reviews and leavers process/documentation are carried out accurately. - Produce, maintain and measure team performance against a full set of process maps, liaising with other stakeholders to ensure processes are understood and followed ensuring that key HR processes are prioritised, and that evidence of the operation of keycontrols is saved and auditable at all times. - Ensure the integrity of data held in our HR database (we use Workday), auditing regularly. - Coaching the team in order to provide accurate advice and guidance to HR related requests and issues, identifying and escalating risks or concerns where required and liaising with experts across the team as appropriate. - Oversee the creation, issue and return of key documents required by the FCA under the Senior Manager & Certified Regime; assisting with the annual certification of the senior leadership team in line with the Certification Regime. - Ownership of relationship with our outsourced employee vetting provider, ensuring pre and in employment vetting is carried out appropriately. - Ownership of relationship with our benefits broker and benefit providers ensuring benefit offering remains up to date, current and best practice for our employees. - Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all third parties receive relevant information in a timely manner (eg pensions providers, benefit providers, recognition scheme providers etc) - Work in close partnership with Payroll Team to ensure accurate payments made and improvements identified. - Ensuring the systems and tools used across the team are accurately maintained & liaison with central HRIS teams to ensure proactive improvements to our HR system (Workday)where appropriate - knowledge of Workday therefore is ideal. - Providing reports, insights and analytics to stakeholders on request. - Providing support as required across all areas of HR, for example recruitment campaigns, benefits enrollment, annual performance review and reward processes, employee relations and learning and development activity. - Ownership of relevant policies and associated documentation. - Ensuring the team co-ordinate and facilitate the new starter induction, improving this based on feedback. **Essential experience**: - Demonstrable team leader experience in similar team ideally over different locations within Europe. - Experience of working in a demanding role in a fast-paced environment - ideally experience of working in a European / global team and within a regulated industry. - Fully trained and experienced on all tasks in HR administration team. - Analytical experience with ability to simplify complex data and present to wide group of stakeholders. - Experience of managing sensitive situations and handling customers and stakeholders with empathy and understanding - Knowledge of GDPR legislation. - Workday HR database experience ideal as well as experience of using dovetail or similar case management tool. - Ability to influence stakeholders. **Impact You'll Make**: At TransUnion you will be joining a friendly, forward thinking global business.?
