Tezlom are looking for an outstanding calibre individual to fill the role of Service Manager, which forms part of the senior team directly reporting to the Responsible Individual.

The role oversees the operation of six children’s homes across the North West, working closely with each Registered Manager to ensure each home is nuturing, successful, and complies with OFSTED regulations.

*INDPERM*

You will be working a minimum of *37.5 hours* per week including some on call.
*Responsibilities:*
- Undertake the general management of the homes, in relation to staffing, placements and day to day running.
- Regular liaison with company directors and managers within the care group.
- Being responsible for dealing with Ofsted, safeguarding and external agencies on a regular basis.
- Understand quality, achieving performance and be able to effectively manage and supervise a team of managers.

INDPERM

*Requirements:*
- *NVQ in Health and Social Care and Children and Young People*
- *Driving Licence*
- *NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management*
