Ocean Healthcare are looking for an experienced **Senior Healthcare Assistant** to support a bright and intelligent young man in Sidmouth with a spinal injury. He's a great guy who can clearly articulate what he needs. He vapes and requires assistance with that. Bowel care is also a part of the care requirements. **You will be working 1:1**

You need to be a seasoned carer with a solid understanding of personal care and moving & handling. You will be trained and supported by our outstanding team of specialists and nurses. It is not essential that you have specific experience in spinal injury as you will receive comprehensive training and support.

**Pay Rates**:

- **£14.80 p/hr Monday - Thursday**:

- **£15.05 p/hr Friday**:

- **£17.05 p/hr Saturday - Sunday**:

- **£20.05 p/hr Bank Holidays**
- We offer the option to be paid _**Weekly **_or _**Monthly**_. Speak to one of our team to find out more._

**Shifts**:
**7pm - 7am, 7 nights per week available. For consistency a minimum availability of 2-3 nights a week would be preferable up to a maximum of 4 nights each week. **Flexibility would be appreciated, but we are willing to consider your personal circumstances if there are nights/times you are unable to work.

It's vital that we have staff consistency and so you will be required to pick up a minimum number of shifts. You will be able to pick up more shifts each week if you would like to. Weekday shifts and Weekend shifts are available. Flexibility would be appreciated, but we are willing to consider your personal circumstances if there are days/times you are unable to work.

Full mileage paid from home to this location in **Sidmouth** up to a maximum of 20 miles each way.

While there are lots of work opportunities within Ocean Healthcare, the terms detailed in this job advert are specific ONLY to this package of care. Permanent and bank contracts available. You can work full or part time.
