The Marketing team at Promethean consists of marketers, designers, writers, content strategists, and project managers who are passionate, driven by curiosity, enjoy problem-solving and tackling big challenges. By joining our team, you will be part of meaningful conversations about how we can drive demand and create value through campaigns, content and resources for our customers and partners.

Promethean’s Sales Enablement team partners with the global sales organization to ensure the sales teams and partners possess the skills, knowledge, and process expertise to improve the buyer’s journey.

Our mandate is to design a sales enablement program to drive improvements in sales efficiency. You will be responsible for organizing consistent ongoing translation projects, that support field sales representatives and channel partners in contributing to customer interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day coordination and communications for all global sales enablement translation materials
- Establish and monitor feedback channels and perform a continual evaluation of all sales enablement translation materials
- Ensure that all sales enablement translation materials are delivered on time to meet project deadlines
- Contribute to the development of improved workflow and processes
- Maintain high-quality work and thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume production environment
- Assist with training sales and partners on current and future initiatives, workflows, and technologies
- Have exposure working with or (preferably) within a remote team
- Perform other duties as assigned or opportunity arises

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, training, and translations/localization management
- Solid understanding of translations and localization processes
- Experience with our sales technology including Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Vidyard, Adobe, and Zoom.
- Adept at building effective cross-functional relationships as well as internal relationships within our geographically distributed team.
- Experience working directly with channel sales leads - understanding their localization needs, building and delivering content, and integrating feedback.
- Organization skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
