**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the student's specific requirements.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage and support the student's learning.
- Monitor and assess the student's progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the student's education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children with SEN in a tutoring or teaching capacity.
- Knowledge of various SEN conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia) and appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant teaching or tutoring certifications (preferred).
