Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a caring individual, who values progressive and person-centered support to join our welcoming supported living team in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. We require someone who can enable our service users to develop their independence, gain newexperiences and maintain good mental health and personal well being.
You will support our service users in all aspects of their daily lives, both within their accommodation and out and about in their community. Where needed you will provide, support with medication and engage with lone working as well as working as part ofa team. You will establish trusting relationships with service users and their families and wider support networks, ensuring a high level of quality support is provided.
The service is a new build property with 14 individual flats working in partnership with the housing association to provide bespoke support to service users who have a mental health diagnosis.There is also a communal lounge and kitchen and a landscapedgarden with onsite parking.
This is an interesting opportunity to work in a diverse environment, where you can go home every day knowing that you have helped people to achieve their goals.
This rewarding role will require flexibility and experience is **essential.**An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or similar and a background in mental health are also desirable.
Our service is close to Wednesfield town centre and the Wolverhampton city centre, with local shops and activities available easily accessible by public transport.**You will be paid on a weekly basis.
As a Creative Support Bank Staff member you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions.
