**About the role**

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an **Logistics coordinator / DMS coordinator**to join our construction services UK team in Bristol.

**Role Purpose**:

- Support and control all deliveries and vehicles as per the Delivery Management System on and off site. Provide logistic and delivery management, manage the visitors management system for Balfour Beatty and liaise with all teams on site for co-ordinationof deliveries to site.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Ensuring all visitors are booked into site as per the Visitor Management system in place at HPC,
and escorting visitors as required.
- Management of 'AIL’ Abnormal loads on and off site.
- Assisting with timesheet submissions, daily briefing sheets, and office management duties.
- Control of all deliveries and vehicles as per the Delivery Management System on and off site.
- Other duties as required by the Tunnel manager and Tunnel Interface Manager
- 42.5 hours per week.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Attention to detail
- Experienced administrator
- IT literate
- Experience using NNB Delivery Management System
- Experience using NNB Visitor Management System.
- Solid experience in database management
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office programmes
- Proactive
