The One Housing Property Services Apprenticeship Programme is an exciting opportunity open to everyone aged 16 or older. Applications are open to everyone, and no experience or previous qualifications are needed. We recruit our apprentices based on your attitude,values, and potential to succeed.
**Join our team as Maintenance Apprentice**
The One Housing Property Services team’s vision is to deliver customer-focused, efficient, and effective services that keep our customers safe. As a Maintenance Apprentice you will benefit from generous hourly pay, coaching and mentorship and excellent trainingtowards a recognised vocational qualification.
To succeed as an apprentice at One Housing, you’ll need to have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate reliability, the right attitude, and a commitment to delivering the Property Services team’s vision.

**The role**
Your apprenticeship will be completed over 18 - 20 months and will consist of on-the-job training as well as online or on-site training. You will be supported in your learning throughout the apprenticeship by a personal coach and a mentor. Based out of ourCamden head office and covering our portfolio of properties in London and the South East, your typical day will involve:

- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Plumbing
- Painting and decorating

**Our offer**:

- **Salary**: £11.05 per hour
- **Paid study time**: 20% of your hours are dedicated to personal study towards your qualification
- **Qualification**: On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative qualification.
- **Accreditations**: During the apprenticeship you will be recognised by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) providing Associate Membership.
- **Your holidays are important to us.** Generous annual leave entitlement of 28 days + bank holidays.
- **Training and development.** Up to £15,000 worth of apprenticeship training and additional opportunities to learn new skills.
