**JOB TITLE: Criminal Solicitor**

**THE ROLE**:
**THE CANDIDATE**:
Applications are sought from Duty Solicitors that are CLAS Accredited, you will have a current practising certificate and possess upwards of 2 years PQE. You will have up to date knowledge of the solicitors Conduct/Account rules, Legal Aid Agencies rules, Regulationsand Administration and working knowledge of SQM, the general criminal contract and duty solicitor arrangements. Applicants must be motivated and confident in their ability to pick up on an existing caseload of files and be flexible in the event that coveris required in out of office hours.
This is a full-time position working at our client’s office in Manchester, although attendance will be required in evenings and weekends to cover allocated Duty Slots.
