**Job Description**Ibis Liverpool Centre Albert Dock is looking for a part-time Night Auditor (4 days a week), hourly rate £10,61.

Your main responsibilities will be;
- Providing a warm and personal welcome for all guests who arrive at night
- Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration also following up on any customer requests (wake up calls, taxi, breakfast, etc)
- Contributing to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service
- Being responsible for the hotel once the daytime managers are off duty
- Ensuring the safety and security of the property and its people (night patrols etc)
Preparing breakfast food for the morning
**Work Experience**:

- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Guest oriented, service minded and attentive to details
- Well-organised
- Team spirit
