**Title: Mortgage Advisor**

**Location: Remote**

**£60k-90k OTE**

Our client, a mortgage and protection company based in London, are looking for mortgage advisors to join them on a self-employed basis. They’re offering a competitive commission split, providing a small number of high quality leads every month, and theywill also support you through the course to becoming a qualified IFA.

**Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;**
- Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Develop and market your business with the help of the company

**Requirements needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;**
- Minimum 1 year Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
- Whole of Market experience
- You need to have your own client bank to supplement the leads provided by the company

**Benefits of a being a Mortgage Advisor;**
- 50/50 commission split on all leads provided and 70% for self-generated leads, increasing after 50k banked
