- Enhanced DBS (within last 3 years)
- Professional registration check (e.g., NMC / HCPC)

- Proof of indemnity, statutory and mandatory training evidence (must be aligned to Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF): BLS (face to face within last 3 years AND/OR Resus L2 Adults & Paeds within last 12 months)
