Driver Mate

Job description

Magnus Search Recruitment is looking for driver mates to work for **DHL** **ARGOS in Patchway **. You will be working together with a driver as a two-man crew home delivery. You will be delivering household items such as white goods and furniture. This is an ongoing position working. Full training and support will be provided.

**_What you’ll be doing: _**
- Assisting driver with loading and unloading
- Completing deliveries of goods to customers’ houses up to 18 drops per day
- Heavy lifting will be involved
- Installing electrical equipment

**_Requirements_**:

- Punctuality.
- A great work ethic
- Have excellent communication and customer skills
- Be able to lift heavy items during deliveries

**_This shift starts at 10am and is working on rota monday-friday. We are offering great pay of rate £10.24 p/h, paid weekly _**

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patchway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
