**Teaching Assistant**

Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s learning journey? Do you enjoy working in a vibrant and supportive school environment? The Supply Room is looking for a dedicated **Teaching Assistant to join a KS2 team in Willesden Green.**

What We’re Looking For:

- **Enthusiasm **and **commitment** to supporting children’s learning and development.
- **Previous experience working with children** is highly desirable.
- Willingness to **support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).**
- Flexibility, patience, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A Grade C or above in *GCSE English and Maths (no formal qualifications required).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide **1:1 and small group support** to KS1 pupils.
- Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Help foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with their emotional and social development.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) for SEN pupils.
