Job Overview:
The Piping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required standards. This hands-on role involves supervising trades, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining site documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise on-site activities to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate subcontractor work and make sure it follows the project plan.
- Conduct daily site briefings and safety talks.
- Monitor progress and report updates to the Site/Project Manager.
- Plan work in advance and ensure resources are available when needed.
- Issue work packs to tradesmen with necessary details and instructions.
- Handle day-to-day tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain site records, including diaries, checklists, and inspection reports.
- Resolve on-site problems and escalate major issues to management.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNSG, CSCS card)

PAYE (NAECI Categorised 2025) Grade 7
- Basic rate - £24.66
- Rate A - £34.52
- Rate B - £44.38
- IBA Payment - £2.37/hour
- Travel & Accommodation - As per NAECI

Working Hours

Week 1
- Monday - Thursday: 9.5 hrs/day
- Friday: 8 hrs
- Saturday: 8 hrs
- Sunday: 8 hrs

Week 2
- Monday-Thursday: 9.5 hrs/day
