**Health and Employee Benefits Consultant - Bristol OR Ringwood (Hybrid Working)**

**The role**:

- As a Health and Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of risk and healthcare clients.
- You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations at renewal in line with the client’s requirements.
- You also be expected to follow up on warm leads to promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets.
- This is a client-focused telephone based and account management role.

**We will rely on you to**:

- Manage and develop an existing health and risk client portfolio
- Secure new clients from warm leads in order to generate profitable income.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client to establish effective relationships.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.

**What you need to have**:

- Excellent communication skills, especially verbal/oral as this is a telephone-based role
- Experience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clients
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Self-driven and motivated
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service

**What makes you stand out**:

- Previous experience with group risk or healthcare or employee benefits products
- Proven experience in a related employee benefits consulting or administrative role with an employee benefit practice
- IF7 / GR1 qualified with experience in Healthcare/Risk insurance
- Previous account management/development experience
- Previous experience in following up sales leads successfully
