**Are you looking to take on a high profile Womenwear Buyer position?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Buyer to join our G21 & Studio Edit team on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months You will be tasked with a diverse and exciting product portfolio, sourced across various counties.

**Your Role**

As a Buyer for George you will work collaboratively with key suppliers and internal stakeholders alike in order to deliver sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market while helping to manage the category P&L.

You will negotiate and deliver business plans as well as understand customers and implement strategies that meets their needs. You will do this by having a thorough understanding of current and future market trends, as well as the George Brand.

You will also need to understand, track & negotiate around key commodities and deliver cost to serve programmes with suppliers to ensure great value for the customer.

**About you**
- Previous experience working as a Buyer in Womenswear
- Be passionate about product development
- Strong commercial awareness and being highly numerate
- A strong understanding of customer requirements, market trends and competitors
- Value strong relationships, with both internal colleagues and our suppliers
