If youre successful you will receive regular management and clinical supervision, an annual appraisal and fantastic training opportunities within the Trust, universities, and the local authorities. We are part of the CYP IAPT initiative and work in partnership with the Reading and Northampton CYP-IAPT collaborative where we have ongoing opportunities for further study such as the postgraduate Certificate in low/high intensity CBT supervision and leadership course. In the wider Trust, we have an excellent health and wellbeing support offer to staff, including our in-house counselling service, COPE, an Employee Assistance Programme with a 24/7 support helpline and salary sacrifice scheme, regular mindfulness pause sessions embedded in your diary and much more.
