**About you**:
The headteacher is looking for someone who is confident to be able to manage behaviour, be able to handle situations calmly and effectively. You must have a genuine interest in working with children and be able to put the well being of the students at the heart of all you do. There may be situations where you will need to be mouldable to support the team, so always make sure you are enthusiastic and able to take initiative.
