Are you an experienced and qualified building services engineer / maintenance engineer with an electrical bias and fancy working for a large total FM providers? If you have previous experience in a commercial environment then we have the role for you. Weare currently recruiting for a Multi skilled engineer with an electrical bias for a brand new building in the East Yorkshire area, the role is working with a manager we have worked with for many years and he is a fantastic manager to work for. This a brandnew excitingsite and you will be joining at its inception so it could be a long term career for you. It will be client facing with a variety of tasks to complete.

As a Maintenance Engineer you'll be part of a maintenance team ,you'll be doing a mixture of PPMs and reactive maintenance on emergency lighting and fire alarms switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting etc.
- To work independently to undertake the Planned Maintenance of the air conditioning installations on our clients premises, to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, Schedules and Procedures, complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstandingactions.
- To report, quote and act upon failures and faults.
- To be efficient, self-motivating, polite of smart appearance and diligent in the discharge of the duties required, including the wearing of the correct company uniform and upkeep of records and to be fully compliant with the Health and Safety Protocol asdetailed in the Manual.
- To achieve a prompt effective response to emergency situations being capable to diagnose faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within the premises.
- To conduct the operation of the contract in a pro-active manner so as to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems.
- To ensure that all communication channels are utilised in order to keep both the client and the Company informed of relevant information.

**What you'll need**:
**Essential**
- Experience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosis, rectification.
- Experience in the Mechanical and Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules
- 18th Edition would be desirable, 17th Edition is essential
