Graphic Packaging Rotherham are a leading manufacturer of specialist paperboard packaging products within the Food Packaging Sector. We are looking to strengthen our team with a Supply Chain Coordinator, who can provide the necessary experience to work within our Supply Chain Department. This is a fantastic opportunity which is part of an exciting phase of our Company strategy and growth plans.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating all Procurement aspects involved with our Key Customer. Communication is key and is very essential for this role. You will also be expected to support Supply Chain with other tasks for the business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Report directly to the Supply Chain Manager
- Dedicated Supply Chain support to a Key Customer
- Coordinate and analyse all Supply Chain & Purchasing processes involved with our Key Customer
- Work closely with our internal Account Manager for the customer and Production Planning
- Liaise with Clearing Agents for all import and export activities
- Coordinate and organise vehicles transferring Finished Goods to External Storage in France
- Ensure Customer Call offs are issued to the 3PL company correctly and delivered to the customer on time and in full
- Create Commercial Invoices using excel, ensuring important data is correct every time
- Generate Picking Lists and delivery notes using the ERP System Sage 200
- Use the customers specified Web Based systems for stock, forecasting and deliveries
- Delivery notes and Purchase order checking
- Carry out monthly book to book stock takes for the customer, with a potential annual physical stock take
- Support Supply Chain with purchasing order Raw Materials, Components and Services during quiet periods
- Perform any other duties as required by the Supply Chain Manager - you will be expected to establish strong working relationships with all departments
- Ensure compliance with all existing systems, standards and procedures within all areas to satisfy both company and customer requirements
- Ensure the purchase order process is followed in terms of purchase requisition, purchase confirmation, purchase receipt to enable 3-way matching in Finance

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- **Excellent Excel skills, able to navigate and confidently work with excel**
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Numerically and methodically minded with a genuine enjoyment of excel and analysis
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- A logical and analytical approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Capable of managing own workload and confident in liaising at all levels within the business
- Forward Thinker
- Competent with decision making when required
- An enthusiastic and approachable manner with a proactive, “can do” attitude.
- Excellent Communication Skills is essential

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rotherham, S65 3SH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
