**Role Overview**

**Handle Service Calls**: Manage incoming and outbound service calls to assist with service appointments, follow-ups on maintenance, and warranty events.

**Customer & Vehicle Data Entry**: Accurately input customer and vehicle details into the Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring GDPR compliance.

**Provide Estimates & Set Expectations**: Offer accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, clearly communicating costs and timelines to customers.

**Promote Supplementary Products**: Recommend and discuss the purchase of service plans, warranty products, and genuine parts, emphasising their benefits.

**Improve Customer Retention & Team Collaboration**: Foster customer loyalty through service offerings, contribute to team improvement, and share best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
