Role Highlights: As a Student Safety Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere on campus. Your responsibilities include:
- Cultivating a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere on campus, by maintaining a visible presence across the college campus
- Supporting the implementation of the College's Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare, Healthy College, Equality and Diversity, and Safeguarding approaches.
- Demonstrating flexibility and creativity in developing innovative solutions to address student needs.
- Working collaboratively with college staff to manage student behaviour and conduct.

**About the College**
