The financial reporting and control team are growing in response to the demands of a fast-growing FTSE250 business and increasingly challenging control and governance environment. The financial reporting team are ultimately responsible for managing the accurateand reliable reporting of the Company numbers (from designing processes to producing the financial statements) in what is a rapidly evolving, dynamic, fun and social environment.

**D rive accuracy in our Corporate Reporting**

You'll be integral in driving the accuracy and timeliness of corporate reporting, both from an internal and external reporting perspective. The team is growing quickly to adapt as the business grows and adds complexity and this is an exciting opportunityfor someone wanting to get involved across all areas of the business and implement changes.

As Financial Reporting Accountant, you'll be responsible for:

- Work with the existing team to provide timely and accurate management accounts and financial statements
- Be a key member of the audit team, responding to queries and helping manage the year end audit and year-round audit engagement
- Taking ownership of key areas of accounting with a focus on revenue, foreign exchange and consolidation
- Drafting and preparing technical work papers for Senior Management and the Board
- Working with the wider business (Sales/Purchasing/Credit Control/Accounts Payable/Credit Assessment) to ensure processes and controls are suitable and followed.

**What we need from you**
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to clearly document and convey complex topics
- Ability to present to and influence others, including senior stakeholders
- The ability dealing with large amounts of data and strong MS Excel skills
- Proactive and collaborative approach
