Moreton Dental is a private specialist and general dental practice in Summertown Oxford. We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Dental Receptionist. IIdeally, we would like someone who enjoys a challenge, welcomes change and is committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care and the best possible service both face to face and by telephone.

We are a three surgery practice that offers both routine and specialist dental care.

**Requirements**:

- Full Time
- You will have proven front of house / reception experience, ideally within a dental setting and an understanding of dentistry.
- You must possess excellent communication and literacy skills and be able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of and competent in using word processing programmes as you will be transcribing treatment plans.
- Customer services skills as you will be handling patient enquiries over the phone, in person and in writing.
- Be efficient and well organised.
- Previous use of dental practice software is desirable.
- People management skills are desirable.
- Calm approach to work.
- Adaptability to change.
- Friendly and flexible.
- Pro-active and motivated.
- Well presented, reliable, and supportive.
- You will play a key role in managing the patient journey and driving patient treatment plans.
- Supporting the dentist with various admin roles.
- Compliance with CQC regulations.
- We encourage career development, with all appropriate staff members continuing their development with courses and additional in house training.
