Description Front of House Supervisor The Salad Project**:£14 per hour** We are The Salad Project, UberEats’ Restaurant of the Year and London’s answer to healthy food, served fast, served seasonally, and served with passion. We opened the doors to our first store in May 2021. Now, we’re continuing to grow the dream with our second store open and others on the way. Role | FOH Supervisor - 45 hours per week - Monday - Friday (rotating evening / morning) - To work under our restaurant managers - To lead one service a day - To help manage our team members - To implement & improve service processes - To monitor & implement hygiene best practices - To help maintain our 5* hygiene rating Expectations | Efficiency, Communication, Energy - Ability to steady the ship and prevent issues before they happen - Leadership and communication skills - Positive energy and dedication to the team - Strong ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment - Ensure service levels are maintained to the standards we expect - Strong organisational skills - Respectful and conscious when it comes to punctuality and scheduling Experience Requirements | 1 Year - Ideally, you will have 1 years’ experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry Compensation | **£14 per hour** **30 days holiday package (including bank holidays)** **Performance based bonus** **£100 ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme** **Free lunch/dinner from The Salad Project while on shift** **Team social events** **Opportunities for career progression as the business grows** **“It’s what we do”** is one of our core values and represents what we embody as a team.
