You know that preparing delicious hot beverages is something of an art form that requires the correct set of skills and passion, and you’ll have the communication skills required for your role too - consistently positive, enthusiastic, helpful and ready to adapt to changing service needs.

As a Area Support Barista, you are required to:

- Support the London region sites with Barista Cover and training. Flexible approach - have to travel to all areas covered by TFL
- Ensure the business follows brand standards when serving food items and hot beverages
- Deliver Pop ups and events
- Organise time and systems to ensure a consistently high standard of service
- Manage any queue to ensure everyone is engaged at all times the service experience
- Comply and ensure others comply with appropriate due diligence/stock rotation procedures
- Audits allocated sites efficiently following the brand expectations for each contract
- Creates enthusiasm for the brand and coffee making
- Is flexible with time and understands that working weekends are needed when launching new coffee shops
- Manages own time efficiently understanding business priorities

Ideally, you will have a Food Safety Level 2 certificate and be Barista trained. You will have at least 2 years’ experience as Head Barista or Supervisor in a coffee shop.
