As a member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will have the chance to develop your skills in customer service, teamwork, and food and beverage service, all while working in a beautiful setting. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent service; greeting guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas
- Develop a strong understanding of the menu, drinks offerings and specials
- Work effectively as part of the team, supporting your colleagues to ensure smooth operations

**What you’ll need**:

- **Must be 18 or over** due to licensing regulations
- Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferable
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours
- A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding hospitality to all guests
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike
