**AIM AND PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

To oversee and supervise examinations and to ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of exam papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions. The post is responsible to the Exams Manager.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- To assist in the setting up of examination rooms.
- To collect answer papers and collate in the manner specified by the Exams Officer and supervise the papers until they are delivered to the exams office.
- To maintain security and confidentiality of examination documents and any other pupil data
- To record attendance on examination registers.
- To ensure no inappropriate items are brought into the examination room i.e. mobile phones, revision notes, electronic equipment or any other item not required.
- To undertake other reasonable activities from time to time in line with the main purpose and grading of the post.
