**Here at Silk Rd Tapas restaurant and bar we are looking for some additional team members to join our front of house team in Heswall. We have immediate starts, experience is preferred but we are willing to train people with a great attitude to learn.**

You would be joining a growing independent hospitality business and be part of a fun, and friendly team, working in a vibrant and lively environment.

**Silk Rd is a fresh food tapas restaurant concept that** **is inspired by the ancient Silk Road trade route. Our tapas dishes are inspired by the countries that span that route from the Asia to Europe.**

**In addition to this we also have a great selection of wines and cocktails to compliment our tapas menu and the Silk Rd concept.**

As part of the Silk Rd front of house team you would be responsible to ensure that high standards in maintaining a happy and helpful working environment is maintained, be able to work as part of a team and independently, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring the service provided meets with the company’s standards of consistently exceeding guest expectations.

**It is an advantage if you have the following**:

- Previous experience working as a member of the waiting on staff in a table service environment.
- Experinece working on a bar and familar with serving and making cocktails.
- Experience working in a busy and high volume restaurant.
- Have the ability and confidence to recommend any of our wines and drinks from of our drink’s menu.
- Be able to recommend with confidence dishes to our guests from of our tapas menu
- To make sure that each guest is made to feel like a VIP every time they come through our doors and always exceed their expectations.
- To maintain a clean work environment.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- A high level of communication skills
- Able to work in a fast working environment and being able to multitask
- Wanting to give the highest standards of service and being able to meet all customer needs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £4.81-£10.00 per hour
