**Key Responsibilities**:
- Updating and managing the available list from Motivity Reports (On & Off Hires) daily and keeping the Rental Oracle sheet up to date each day. Each report must be saved into the KEY2 system.
- Managing and keeping the daily diary up to date and before end of billing month, along with sending out 90-day agreement extensions where necessary via e-signature.
- Highlighting and reporting vehicles dependency as to whether they are disposal, need maintenance or if they are reserved for customers on the yard list and on the oracle.
- To assist the Rental Supervisor and Rental Manager with rental bookings from new and current customers. This involves booking them out to Logistics and arranging inspections with maintenance when cover is needed during busy periods.
- Prepare rental agreements for upcoming audits with the Rental Supervisor and Rental Manager, whilst working alongside our admin and finance departments.
- Managing and keeping record of all insurance certificates for our current customers and update monthly as and when records become outdated. To chase customers that are non-compliant and use KEY2 to create reports to manage this.
- Managing and organising, PO numbers as and when they come in, ensuring they display the correct information. Ensuring fuel and mileage recharges are checked and invoiced if required, including loss of use changes.
- Filing and managing contracts and rental agreements to the system as instructed by the Rental Supervisor and Rental Manager.
- Supporting and assisting other departments within the business for any ad hoc duties, as and when required by the Rental Manager.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Qualifications Required**
- GCSE Grade 9 - 4 (or A - C) in English and Maths as a minimum or functional skills certificates achieved.

**Hours**
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (including one day per working week, which will be dedicated to training and course attendance.
