**Overview**
We're looking for a skilled individual who can seamlessly handle both waitstaff and bartending responsibilities to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Offer detailed knowledge of food and drink options, including specials and cocktails.
- Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests professionally.
- Clear tables and maintain a tidy and welcoming dining area.
- **Bartending**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to house specialties.
- Maintain a well-organised, stocked, and sanitary bar.
- Engage with bar patrons, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with licensing laws.
- **Team Support**:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and dining areas before and after service.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:

- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and dining spaces throughout and after shifts.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process customer payments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in both waiting and bartending roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, drinks, and food service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
