We are looking for a residential care worker who is ambitious, focused and wants to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently, to support its staff fully through training and support for you as well as the young people.

**Essential Job Requirements**
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
- Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
- A commitment to personal development and the gaining of professional skills and further qualifications.
- Experience working with Young People within a residential environment.
- Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Wolverhampton (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Wolverhampton: Relocate before starting work (required)
