Are you an Employee Relations expert looking to have more of a strategic input, or a HR Generalist who has always enjoyed the ER, change and policy development aspect of HR? Well read on.
My multi-sited and unionised client is seeking an ER Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis to work in their North West based headquarters. Based on a hybrid working model, you will support and work closely with the Head of ER and the wider SeniorHR team in the development and delivery of the Employee Relations Strategy and lead on projects relating to ER and organisational and transformational change.
Utilising external market knowledge and benchmarking you will create modern and consistent people policies and processes to support the People Strategy and provide an improved colleague and line manager experience.
Develop simplified toolkits, templates and training to upskill Line Mangers when managing ER Cases, along with identifying trends and patterns in cases and providing solutions that address the root cause.
To be successful in this role, you will have comprehensive ER experience in relation to the implementation of change programmes within a unionised work environment. An in-depth experience of HR Policy writing, bringing creative ideas and new ways of workingto support the business growth is also required and an interest in continuous technical development is desirable.
You'll ideally have experience of supporting a blue collar workforce and union experience and a high energy and a can-do attitude is essential. This can sometimes be an ambiguous and agile working environment where no two days are the same so you must takea flexible and adaptable approach to your work.
