The Talent Crowd is seeking a compassionate and driven Mental Health Support Worker to join our team and work in a mental health unit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience while providing essential care and support to vulnerable adults.

- At least six months of paid UK care experience- Experience with personal care- Experience supporting adults with mental health- Experience working in either a hospital or supported living setting- PMVA (Restraint) or similar training would be essential - please note this refresh training can be provided should yours be out of date.- Driven individual capable of providing outstanding careAs a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and practical assistance to individuals with mental health issues. You will work alongside other members of the team to ensure that every individual receives high-quality care and support tailored to their specific needs.
