Person-centred values are the guiding principles that help to put the interests of the individual receiving care or support at the centre of everything we do. ATC Is looking for an applicant who can help us to achieve this through embodying principles of Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy (PACE), while focusing on building relationships through establishing trust and boundaries while also supporting autonomy and choice.

No matter what stage of their development, Arronbeth Therapeutic Care ensures the individual is at the centre of their own care plan with their views and wishes considered from the outset. Our team is experienced in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics which was developed to support individuals who have experienced developmental trauma. The successful applicant must also consider the neurological needs of how the resident experiences their trauma and how the whole system can work at varying levels to help them to repair and recover.
