QUALIFICATIONS Person Specification It is essential that you are SIA licenced and have a minimum of at least 1 year's store detective experience. A full and clean driving licence and having access to your own vehicle is essential. Exceptional observational skills. Confidence to challenge people when necessary. The ability to handle sensitive situations. Experience in a customer facing with a strong customer service background. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Strongly self-motivated individual possessing a can-do attitude and a drive to learn. A positive, outgoing personality looking to be part of a strong and established team. The ability to make quick decisions. Good communication skills and accurate incident reporting through to M&S S.O.C Own transport is essential. Requirements.

1 year's store detective experience.

SIA Licence.
