Junior Accountant

Time Appointments are working on behalf of a leading Freight Company in Felixstowe, who are looking for a Junior Accountant to join their friendly team.
- Process purchase invoices on freight system (matching up with accruals and resolving any differences with operational staff, making adjustments or rejecting invoices)
- Raising sales invoices on their freight system and entering related cost accruals along with filing of job files
- Assisting accounts staff with any other tasks required, which may involve posting of payments/receipts on Sage

You will also be expected to Learn elements of other accounts staff’s tasks to provide holiday/ absence cover.
