Then this could be the perfect varied Accounts Administration role for you, with our established and dynamic client based in Sheffield - **administration experience is NOT essential to be considered for this role.**
**The role**:
This is a fantastic full-time position which will involve working closely with the experienced Accounts Team, supporting the completion of daily and monthly tasks.
**More detail**:
- Processing sub-contractor invoices, ensuring they are appropriately authorised in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff regarding invoice queries.
- Updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Main point of call for inbound calls for the accounts department.
- General administration, e.g. filing, photocopying, post handling, ad hoc housekeeping duties.
- Interact, meet and welcome clients, managing refreshments.
- Assisting with ad hoc duties to support the Accounts department as and when required.
**The person**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised, diligent person who can work in a fast paced office. Someone who can also work to strict deadlines, whilst paying attention to detail. Capable and confident of working individually and as part of a small team is also a must.
**Key attributes**:
- Good initiative and awareness
- IT literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft excel.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to multi task.
- Previous experience based in an accounts department/ Admin role will be helpful but is not essential.
- Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with good organisation and administration skills.
- Team player
- Professional and pleasant manner whilst dealing with internal and external customers.
Our client is offering a basic salary of £20,000 with full training and support available.
The working hours for the role are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday including 30 minutes lunch break and our client is closed on Bank Holidays.
