We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide administrative Business and secretarial support within Estates Department. A vacancy has become available for an Admin Support Worker within Operational Estates department at Ysbyty Gwynedd. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Support Worker to support the team and to ensure excellent team working within the department. We are looking to appoint someone who is resilient, able to work within a busy working environment, is self motivated and utilises their autonomy to best effect. You will need to have a “can do” flexible approach and be able to prioritise efficiently with good effect. Your core duties will involve processing a high volume of invoices and delivery notes, inputting and checking data where attention to detail is paramount. You will also support the existing admin staff covering a range of admin duties and deal directly with senior members of staff. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. This post is fixed term for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.
