**Trainee Financial Adviser - Paraplanner looking to step into Advisory Role - Boutique IFA firm - Surrey - £40k - £45k + bonus - given clients to manage** Are you a Paraplanner or Junior Adviser with your level 4 diploma or perhaps 1 exam away and have ambitions to step up to a move established Adviser, are you looking to join an established boutique IFA firm looking to make the next step of your career? My client is a Chartered wealth planning firm with its main office near Cobham/Esher in Surrey. They operate on a whole of market basis across: pensions, investments, tax planning, protections etc with HNW retirees and families. Some of their clients have beenwith them for many decades and the advisers are keen to work with their children and extended family and offer a truly holistic generational wealth planning service. You will be working in a very dynamic and forward-thinking team who all have a progressive mindset and want to achieve at the highest level and drive the business forward and get the most out of their careers. The team have a "work hard play hard" mentalityand service their longstanding clients. My client are looking to offer circa £40k - £45k basic salary with a generous holiday allowance, a variety of attractive benefits and support to your Chartered status.
