The Performance Excellence Specialist’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the LEAN/ TRACC framework is utilized in its entirety across SRDC and the wider logistics network. They have the responsibility to ensure that the site is performing in an efficient way. They will utilize the site scorecard, MWB and QCDM processes to balance workload priorities.

**Responsibilities**
- Deploy performance excellence tools across the site following LEAN/ TRACC framework
- Drive continuous improvement culture and value through effective QCDM and SIC processes
- Owning the methodology to support others to “Maintain the Standard” through coaching problem solving skills
- LSS Kaizen leader/Green belt - responsible for delivering improvement projects including productivity
- Ensuring lean training material is optimised and fit for purpose through collaboration with Trainers and Central Teams
- Leading and supporting improvement projects, through the change management process
- Work closely with the Shift leadership team to coach appropriate problem solving tools to preventative actions
- Provide cross shift continuity to ensure best practices are shared and adopted
- Work flexibly to maintain momentum on improvement projects within the 4 shift block structure
- Support the teams to ensure performance data is accurately maintained with a consistent approach
- Support wider network site initiatives where required

Other functions and duties as reasonably assigned.

**Qualifications**
- A good level of understanding and experience with Lean and the Pepsico Lean framework
- Kaizen leader trained or certified preferred
- Ability to influence without direct management
- Ability to teach new tools and processes, and coach to improve capability
- A great communicator that can influence at all levels and keeps stakeholders fully informed
- Experience of leading an improvement work stream
- Experience and knowledge of the QCDM Process

Working knowledge of logistics and warehousing desirable.
