Our client, a global financial institute, is seeking an experienced Accountant to support the Finance team in London and Dublin with primary focus on Regulatory Reporting. The role comes with an attractive salary of up to £80,000 p/a and a benefits package.

The position will assist with the external and internal regulatory reporting for both UK and Ireland. It will be necessary to build and maintain a strong internal control environment to ensure that all deliverables are accurate and submitted on a timelybasis.

The role will suit a highly motivated and ambitious individual with excellent technical and Excel skills with a strong desire to learn and develop their career within the regulatory reporting function in the Financial Services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare returns (including reporting of Capital, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance and Leverage Ratio reporting)
- Prepare daily MI reporting to senior management
- Review reporting procedures, identify problem areas and liaise with relevant persons to resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain a level of awareness with respect to new/existing business areas and associated financial products.

**Experience/skills required**
- Minimum of 3 years regulatory reporting experience within financial services.
- Outstanding analytical skills with an inquisitive mindset to identify and swiftly resolve issues.
- Excellent Excel, Word and Power Point skills to support the high-quality deliverables required.
